Information Technology Council (ITC) Enterprise Architecture Team

The Enterprise Architecture team is established and overseen by the ITC co-chairs, as a part of the overall IT Governance process approved by President’s Council in November 2012. The focus of the Enterprise Architecture team is as follows:

  • Institute an Enterprise Architecture discipline designed to translate organizational vision and strategy into effective IT Strategy and IT Governance
  • Align the enterprise and IT vision and strategies, delivering strategic business value by enabling strategic transformation of the organization.
  • Guiding technology use, support, and decisions in order to steer decision-making towards a future-state architecture (and simplifying the technical landscape).

The scope of the enterprise architecture includes the people, processes, information and technology of the enterprise, and their relationships to one another and to the external environment.
