As a follow-up to the Employee Engagement Survey, the UCAR President’s Council has asked Employee and Organizational Development (EOD) to develop and implement a manager mini-training series. An important step in developing a program that’s relevant and valuable is gathering data from managers and staff around the needs for manager/supervisor professional development.
We invite you to participate in the design of this important program by completing a brief questionnaire. Responses will be confidential and the aggregated results will be used as guidance for program design, content, and format. Please respond by July 22, 2014. Thank you for your time and input.
