You are invited to attend the upcoming Open House Meetings for the UCAR Strategic Plan. The 5-year plan is intended to describe at a high level what UCAR is, its vision and values, how it serves the community, and its priorities for the future.
Earlier this year the President’s Council defined eight goals that address UCAR’s role in facilitating key activities across NCAR, UCP, and the community, and it tasked eight goal teams to flesh these out. The teams have done a tremendous job developing these goals and objectives. We have also revised UCAR’s vision and mission. Now, in order for the UCAR Strategic Plan to fully reflect the talents, ideas and vision of our organization, we need your input to provide constructive feedback on the plan’s direction and how and where it might be improved. There are a number of opportunities for feedback including posting comments and engaging in discussion on the website (UCAS password required), as well as attending the goal team Open House meetings.
