Cigna Prescription Program: Replacing lost prescriptions due to flooding

Cigna has adjusted their pharmacy limitation on refilling a prescription for those who have lost prescriptions due to the flooding. If an employee with a home address in the affected counties has lost their current prescription, they can refill the prescription prior to the 30-day refill date. If the employee's prescription is usually obtained through mail order and they want to refill it at a local pharmacy, their provider must call in the prescription to the local pharmacy.
