The JPMorgan Chase PaymentNet online processing site will be undergoing an upgrade. The release date is Monday, August 19, 2013.
Because the release date falls just before our typical Review & Approval Cycle end date of the 20th, we will be moving the end date to Friday, August 16th. What this means is that everyone will have five (5) fewer days during this period to enter their transaction detail, review, and approve before the system is shut down. Please be sure to mark your calendars for this very important deadline of Friday, August 16th.
If you know now or think you will be unable to accommodate this request due to travel, vacation plans, etc., please anticipate this by completing your entries prior to leaving and/or utilizing your Alternate Approving Official (AAO) if your Approving Official (AO) is unavailable.
We are currently in the testing and administrator training phase to ensure the easiest transition. User training will take approximately one (1) hour and several time slots will be offered beginning in July. Dates and times for this system upgrade training will be announced shortly.
