New session: Pilates Mat Classes begin 27 June 2013

Come and experience the benefits of Pilates.

Pilates classes are non-impact, designed to build strength and increase flexibility. Learn how every exercise can be modified to be more or less challenging, making it perfect for every level.

Learn fun and interesting home/travel exercises that you can practice on your own.

Christine is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and has taught Pilates for over 15 years.

The cost for a six-week session is $60 or $12 drop-in fee.
