ML taichi 5 pm Tuesdays

Free ongoing taichi practice for beginners at the ML Fitness Room on Tuesdays at 5 pm. Please send Sam Levis ( an email to express interest. Taichi offers relaxation and fitness through meditative movement that relates to Kung Fu. It improves one's sense of balance and strengthens the immune system.
