Colorado Science and Engineering Fair NEEDS VOLUNTEERS 4/11-13/13

A message from Nancy Glissmann,Grand Awards Judging Coordinator, Colorado Science and Engineering Fair: The 58th Annual Colorado Science and Engineering Fair (CSEF), which is the highest level state science fair competition is greatly in need of volunteers.  The CSEF takes place in the Lory Student Center at Colorado State University in Fort Collins on April 11-13, 2013.  Volunteers are especially needed on Thursday April 11th. A list of some of the volunteer needs are as follows:Thursday, April 11th:
  • Project Drop-off Aide 8 – 11 am
  • Finalist Check-in 8:30 – 11 am 
  • Display & Safety Inspections 8:15 – 11 am 
  • Exhibit Photography 8:15 – 11 am
  • Door monitors 12:20 – 2 pm and 1:50 – 3:30 pm
  • Special Awards Check-in 10:30 am – 12 noon

Friday, April 12th:

  • Award Ceremony Photographer – I don’t have my photographer anymore, so we need someone to take pictures!!
  • Award Ceremony Ushers 5:30 – 6 pm (need a few more)
