Get back in shape now that the holiday season is past! Noontime exercise classes are available at both the Mesa Lab and at Foothills. On-site classes are an easy way to work exercise into your schedule.
Pilates classes are non-impact, designed to build strength and increase flexibility. Every exercise can be modified to be more or less challenging, making it perfect for every body. Learn fun and interesting exercises that you can practice on your own, for life. Instructor Christine Guzy is certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and has taught Pilates for over 15 years .
The cost for a six-week session is $60 or drop-in for $12 a class. The first new sessions of 2013 start:
ML, Wednesdays, 12:00-1:00, 30 January
FL1, Thursdays, 12:00-1:00, 24 January
