Please join us on June 10th, from 3pm to 5pm, in the FL3 atrium to say thanks to Chris Rocken for all of his years of service to UCAR and to wish him good luck in his future endeavors. Chris joined UCAR in 1993 as a scientist with UNAVCO; he was a pioneer in developing GPS retrieval methods for both ground-, ocean-, and space-based applications. Chris was instrumental in both GPS/MET and COSMIC radio occultation missions. His research has led to more than 50 publications and 5 patents.
