Paintings on display at Mesa Lab

The NCAR Community Art Program hosts an exhibition of watercolor and acrylic paintings by Sally Bullers in Gallery I of NCAR's Mesa lab during April 26 – May 22. The artist incorporates elements of nature in her abstract paintings. Recently, she has specialized in painting on Yupo, a smooth, synthetic "paper" that allows the paint to float on the surface. Adding, lifting, and layering paint creates dramatic effects which allow for individual interpretation by viewers.

Staff, visitors, and the general public is invited to the opening reception on Sunday, May 1st, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the NCAR gallery.

The Mesa Laboratory and its art galleries and science exhibits are open to the public weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and weekends/holidays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
