NCAR Science Assembly Science Advisor Job Advertisement

The purpose of this announcement is to solicit applications for the NCAR Science Advisor position. This position was created to serve as a link between NCAR management and NCAR scientists, to represent the NSA on the NCAR Executive Committee and Directors' Committee, and to provide advice to the NCAR Directorate regarding issues that affect NCAR research activities and its staff. This is a half-time position, funded by the Director's Office. The Science Advisor must be a member of the NSA who does not currently hold an upper management position (such as Division Director or above). While not required, applications from Senior Scientists or Senior Research Engineers are most desirable.
