Good health is knowledge! Do you know what your cholesterol numbers are? Participate in one of the upcoming UCAR pre-health fair blood draw sessions for a FREE full-blood chemistry/TSH screening, and PSA blood screening for men aged 50+. Optional additional blood screenings are also available upon request and at participant costs.

Pre-Health Fair Blood Draw Dates (registration and 12-hour fast required) ML: Wednesday, February 2, 2011, 7:30-11:00 a.m., ML-Damon CG: Wednesday, February 9, 2011, 7:30-11:00 a.m., CG1-Upper Cafe FL: Friday, February 11, 2011, 7:30-11:00 a.m., FL2-1003 RAF: Tuesday, February 15, 2011, 8:00-11:00 a.m., RAF/Jeffco Conference Room Light refreshments provided at each location.

The site includes easy to use instructions, blood work lab forms, a listing of optional blood test and costs, and consent and release forms to download, complete and bring with you to the Health Fair.

These events are open to UCAR staff/retirees, their spouses/partners and dependent children 18-25 years of age.
