JIRA Instance Transition

To better serve our customers, the JIRA Service Desk will be undergoing an upgrade and will be unavailable 9/14 from 4-8pm. During this time, the Sourcing & Procurement and Travel & Expense applications will be separated from other versions of the JIRA application being used across UCAR. This change will allow our teams additional flexibility in configuring request types to streamline the capture of request information, add additional options to improve the workflows, and improve the ability to manage the request queue.    

If you require assistance during this downtime, please submit your Sourcing and Procurement Help Desk requests to procurement@ucar.edu (or call x8866) and your Travel and Expense Help Desk requests to concur@ucar.edu (or call x2121).

Once this update is complete, you will have to submit Sourcing & Procurement and Travel & Expense Help Desk tickets at: https://servicedesk.ucar.edu/servicedesk/customer/portals (change your JIRA bookmark!)
