Carlye Calvin's NCAR-Wyoming Supercomputer Center photo exhibit at the Mesa Lab library features 12 images of the NWSC. While most of the press about the NWSC emphasizes its advanced scientific computing services, Carlye's exhibit focuses on the visual appeal of the supercomputing facility. The photos were taken on numerous visits to the NWSC since 2012, and they showcase the bright colors and geometric forms found in the center's mechanical rooms.
The NWSC photo exhibit is currently on view in the Mesa Library. Please join Carlye, the NCAR Library and the President's Office for a reception/retirement party to celebrate the exhibit and to honor Carlye's many years of photographing the people and places of NCAR, UCP, and UCAR. The exhibit will be in the Library, and the reception will be held in the ML Lobby on Friday, January 10, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.
