We are in the final days of our inaugural Employee Engagement Survey administered by Newmeasures. If you haven’t completed it yet, please take 5-10 minutes to do so. Just check in your email inbox or spam filter for an email invitation from “Newmeasures firstname.lastname@example.org” with the subject line – “Reminder - Employee Survey Invitation from Tom Bogdan.” Your input is critical to understanding and improving how we recruit, develop, engage, and retain staff. This survey is the first step in this process to support employees in feeling valued and working effectively. We welcome your frank and honest answers. All individual responses will be kept strictly confidential by Newmeasures, they will not share any personal information with UCAR that could be used to identify an individual and all data provided to UCAR by Newmeasures is aggregated so that no responses can be connected to a specific person. In the weeks following the close of the survey, Newmeasures will share the results with us in a reports dashboard and meet with the President’s Council, management and staff to analyze the results and discuss best practices for improving in target areas. Together, management and staff will identify priority areas in FY14 that need attention and then determine and implement next steps to make improvements.
