Communicating Science to Policy Makers - Today at 11:00 a.m.

On Tuesday, September 3, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 pm in the ML Main Seminar Room, James Ogsbury, the Western Governors' Association Executive Director, will be speaking about issues important to the western governors, such as water resource issues, fire, drought, climate change, etc.

Ogsbury will speak for about 45 minutes and will take questions for about another 30 minutes, so it's a great opportunity to discuss research and ask questions related to how governors in the West are addressing these issues.

Members of Ogsbury's staff will also be available to answer questions, including Holly Propst, Policy Director; Ann Walker, Program Director; and Carlee Brown, Policy Associate.

We hope you will join us for this exciting event!
