Supermodeling is a new multi-model ensemble technique that differs from existing methods in that the models in the ensemble exchange information
during the simulation. By training the information exchange on historical data, the supermodel learns to follow the truth more closely than any of the individual models separately. Examples will demonstrate the potential of the approach in perfect model settings for the weather and climate prediction problem.
