A sampling of Health Fair events include:  Blood Screening Results and Private Consultations; Blood Pressure Screening, Full Blood Chemistry, PSA Prostate Cancer Screening; Optional Blood Screenings; Pulmonary Screening; Bone Density Screening; Body Mass Analysis; Skin Cancer Screening; Vision/Hearing Screening; Ergonomics; Child and Elder Care Resources; Benefits Information; Chair Massage; Health Information Booths, Refreshments, Giveaways; Prizes; and much, much more!

The Health Fair is open to employees, visitors, retirees, their spouses/partners and dependent children 18-26 yrs of age.

All unclaimed blood screening results will be postal-mailed to participants.  To have a representative pick up your results at the health fair, please complete the UCAR PROXY RELEASE FORM at: http://www.fin.ucar.edu/wellness/blood_screen_forms_2013.pdf, and have your designate bring the signed form to the health fair.   Results will NOT be released to any proxy without written authorization.
