CPM Implementation - Planned Outage

An outage is planned for the following systems during the timeframes indicated below for the implementation of the new Corporate Performance Management (CPM tool) as the source for account keys on time cards and payroll encumbrances:

Friday, March 1st at 3pm thru Sunday, March 3rd at 5pm:  IFAS (Bi-Tech)
Friday. March 1st at 5pm thru Sunday, March 3rd at 5pm:  iVantage, Time Card

You will be asked to submit your time cards as early as possible for pay period 5 (February 17 - March 2) and no later than 5pm on Friday, March 1st.

Beginning on Sunday, March 3rd, your time card will have account keys as assigned in the new CPM tool by your administrator.  If you or your employees do not have an account key on your time card, please contact your division/program/department administrator.
