SUBJECT:  Timecard Application

DATE/TIME:  Friday, January 4 at 10 pm through Wednesday, January 9

OUTAGE LENGTH: 4 days

SERVICES AFFECTED:  Timecard application

REASON:  The time card application will be taken down this Friday, January 4th by 10pm for 2013 maintenance and pay period 1 processing. It will not be back online until Wednesday, Jan 9th. Please submit your time card before this deadline or it will be overridden with PTO/Vac time or leave without pay if applicable.
