Important Information about ECO Pass Smart Cards for RTD Riders

Do not use Smart Cards before January 1

Cards should not be tapped on a smart card reader prior to January 1, 2013. If a card is tapped in 2012, it will automatically expire on December 31, and will not work as of January 1, 2013. In this instance, cardholders will need to call our Smart Card Customer Service Center at 303.299.CARD (2273) to reset their cards to work on January 1, 2013.
