For anyone who relies on CISL to monitor a server or service, the CheyenneAdministration Support Group (CASG) at NWSC will assume 24x7 monitoringresponsibilities as of 00:00 on September 24, 2012. CASG based in Cheyenne istaking over from the Mesa Lab-based Computer Production Group (CPG).At that time, CASG will continue to support existing monitoring agreements andnotify customers about any events that currently require CPG to notifycustomers. Any further interactions to resolve down or up events ofservers or services will also be initiated from NWSC by CASG.Contacting the CASG groupAs of 00:00 on September 24, CISL monitoring customers should call 307-996-4300(or x4300 within UCAR) to reach CASG.
