Summary Annual Reports

Each year, UCAR is required to notify all employee participants of the status of the benefit plans. The Summary Annual Reports are furnished electronically via a Web site listed below. Each of the annual reports has been filed with the Internal Revenue Service as required under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA).
