Nearly 20 FREE and low-cost health screenings will be available to help people get a baseline check on their health. These include a $30 blood chemistry screening, a $20 colon cancer screening kit, a $25 Prostate Specific Antigen (PSA) screening for men, a $40 Vitamin D screening and a $15 blood cell count screening.

FREE: pap smears, breast exams, vision, blood pressure, height/weight, body mass index, body fat skin fold, skin/dermatology, osteoporosis, finger stick glucose, body in balance, prostate/testicular, lung function, hearing and foot screening.

Several educators from local health-related organizations will be available to discuss various topics such as alcoholism, arthritis, diabetes, various cancers, improving your nutritional choices, preventing heart disease and more.

• Do not eat 12 hours before having blood drawn
• Diabetics should not fast
• Drink plenty of water before having blood drawn
• Continue taking prescribed medications
• Must be 18 years of age or older to participate
