I've just updated my blog with the latest thinking from the UCAR Management Committee, a group representing the broad spectrum of decision makers across the organization. New working groups are forming to tackle issues important to us all. I'm also coming off another round of meetings in Washington, on the Hill and at NSF. At the Foundation we discussed funding opportunities and, of course, challenges.
