After reviewing the condition of the current FL & ML fitness center equipment, along with feedback/requests from staff, the following equipment upgrades are being made at FL & ML fitness centers.  The second phase of the upgrade includes repainting of both centers, and replacing the FL carpet with new flooring, which will take place at a later date.  Please note dates the centers will be closed to accommodate equipment installations, painting and flooring installation. Thank you for your patience and cooperation from your friends on the Wellness Advisory Committee (WAC).

Fitness Center Closures for Equipment Installations

• FL Fitness Center closed - February 10, 2012
• ML Fitness Center closed - February 13, 2012

ML Fitness Center Equipment Upgrades:

• What will stay: 2 all-purpose weight lifting machines and the stair stepper
• New equipment: 1 new recumbent bike, 1 new upright bike, a bench for weightlifting, free weights, an elliptical machine, and a treadmill.

FL Fitness Center Equipment Upgrades:

• What will stay: the stair stepper.   
• New equipment: 1 new elliptical, 1 treadmill, 1 recumbent bike, the upright bike from Mesa Lab, 1 all-purpose weight machine and free weights.
