SUBJECT: FandA Web Server will be patched

DATE/TIME: Wed February 15th at 8:00pm

OUTAGE LENGTH: 30-60 minutes

SERVICES AFFECTED: The following FandA Web Applications - Timecard, Room & Resource Scheduler, Connect, Advance Notice and Online Travel.

REASON: Critical security patches are expected to be considered "urgent" by Microsoft and the UCAR Security Office. Therefore, FandA IT will be applying these patches to the UCAR Web Applications systems.
