Up the Hill Race Participants

We wanted to send a quick reminder to race participants in regards to safety.  Please remember to eat breakfast, lunch and drink plenty of fluids up until your race.  Additionally, wear clothing that allows your body heat to escape.  There will be a  water station at the starting line as well as water and juice at the midpoint of the race.  If you have questions please contact me directly.
