The 2011 performance appraisal schedule, forms and instructions have been posted online.
Please note that there are two separate sets of forms and instructions. One set is for Ladder Track Scientist and Research Engineer positions; the other set is for all other UCAR positions.
HR must receive completed performance appraisals by July 15, 2011. Individual programs/laboratories may have different internal deadlines. Please check with your Administrator.
The UCAR Conflict of Interest Statement must be submitted annually and is attached to the performance appraisal form.
There are two Performance Appraisal Skills/Process classes this year, on May 12th and June 2nd. The classes are designed for all levels of supervisors and managers and may be especially valuable for those new to the UCAR performance appraisal process.
