The 2011 ASP Thompson Lecture Series begins with a visit from Gavin Schmidt, NASA Goddard Institute for Space Studies on April 6th.

Gavin will give two seminars. One a general interest seminar on April 6th, "Using Earth System Models to provide better policy-relevant information" and a research lecture on April 7th, "Can we use paleo-climate to enhance the credibilty of future projections"
