Pilates classes, conveniently taught at two UCAR locations. Pilates classes are non-impact, designed to build strength and flexibility by lengthening muscles that are too tight and strengthening the weak ones. In this class you will learn a series of exercises that you can practice for a lifetime.

Christine is Certified by the Pilates Method Alliance and has taught Pilates since 1996, after many years of practicing yoga.

The cost for a six-week session is $55 or $12 drop-in fee.
