More employees than ever are taking advantage of UCAR’s Education Assistance Program. As a reminder, outlined below are a couple of documents that must be submitted along with your Education Assistance paperwork.
Tuition fee schedule: This has always been a required item but it’s confusing to know what is actually needed. If you search on "tuition fee schedule" within the institution's Website, you will find a detailed list of charges. There may be a separate fee schedule showing online course fees. A hard copy of the appropriate fee schedule must be attached to your course form with the individual fees highlighted. The highlighted fees must match invoice.
Employee Tax Certification Form: This must be completed and signed. If you are in a degree program, you need only to complete this once during the time you are receiving the degree. If you are taking individual classes and not in a degree program, you will need to submit one with each course application form submitted.
