The UCAR voicemail system was upgraded Saturday, November 6th. During the upgrade, existing user settings, passwords, recorded greetings and messages were  migrated to the new system.  When checking messages, the new system will prompt for a "PIN", rather than a "password", but it is just a new name for the same password you used before.  There may be other subtle differences between the existing system and the upgraded version, but all functionality remains the same.
