The Software Engineering Assembly (SEA) is a group of people interested in Software Engineering (mostly but not only Software Engineers: everyone is welcome). We organize seminars, single- or multi-day classes, and we try to foster communication on Software Engineering issues.

SEA website at http://sea.ucar.edu has been updated, and the best new feature is the forum, where we'd like people to discuss Software Engineering topics, such as Fortran, Parallel Programming, Seminar subjects, or simply Q&A.
