What I do
My background
I started at NCAR in 1986 as a darkroom technician for the High Altitude Observatory and in 1991 became a staff photographer with NCAR. I took a three year reprieve from being on staff and came back in April 2002. I received my bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado with a double major in Biology and Fine Arts. I have always had an interest in combining art with science.
